Wanda is a fun-loving, food-motivated 3-year-old who brings equal parts goofiness and trainability to everything she does. She already knows sit, down, and wait, takes to crate training well, and stays calm and confident even in loud, high-stimulation environments — like a busy bike rally where another dog barked right in her face. She plays happily with other dogs (a rough-and-tumble style suits her best), walks politely on leash, rides calmly in the car, and loves hikes — with a particular fascination for water and, apparently, garden hoses. She has a soft spot for people of all kinds and is a certified belly-rub and tug enthusiast. She's still working on some boundaries with people and dogs, but her eagerness to learn makes her a genuinely fun dog to train. Best with older kids.
Here’s where Wanda could shine.
01Flyball
Wanda's food motivation and existing obedience foundation — sit, down, wait — give her a real head start in flyball, where precise, rewarded repetition builds the drive and discipline the sport demands. Her calm confidence in loud, high-stimulation environments (think a roaring flyball lane with cheering crowds and barking teammates) means the chaos won't rattle her; it'll fuel her.
