Agility

The Teacup Dogs Agility Association is agility built for small dogs only: entry is limited to dogs 20 inches or less at the withers, of any breed or pedigree, at least 12 months old. Clubs are strongly encouraged to use scaled-down equipment — the preferred sizes are 16-inch tunnels, 30-inch weave poles at 22-inch spacing, 8-foot dogwalk and teeter boards and a 6-foot-8 A-frame — and the ring runs 2,100 to 6,000 square feet. Jumps go from 2 to 16 inches, and handlers may enter any height at or below the dog's measured height. Games classes, briefed by the judge on the day, run alongside standard classes, and a club can offer each game only once a year. Food treats are allowed in the ring as a reward, with the judge's approval.
